Mehmet Tuğrul TEKBULUT, who graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1980, received his master's degrees from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1983 and from Sabancı University, Department of Bioengineering in 2006. He graduated from the Owner and President Management program at Harvard Business School in 1999.
In 1984, he founded Logo Yazılım, one of Türkiye's first start-ups. Logo Yazılım, which led the establishment of the software industry in Türkiye, has achieved many successes both inside and outside the country, and became the first company to go public with intellectual property in 2000.
Mehmet Tuğrul TEKBULUT has pioneered the establishment of many civil initiatives in informatics, entrepreneurship and innovation. He took part in the establishment of the Turkish Informatics Foundation and Software Industrialists Association YASAD and established the TÜSİAD Entrepreneurship and Innovation Working Group.
He served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Informatics Industrialists Association TÜBİSAD between 2006 and 2009.
Mehmet Tuğrul TEKBULUT, who continues to serve as the Chairman of Logo's Board of Directors, continues to contribute to the development of our innovative economy with the initiatives he founded and supports as an angel investor.
