Engineer Kid
The HAVELSAN Engineer Kid corporate social responsibility project aims to inspire future generations with a passion for science and technology, ensuring that enthusiastic and talented children receive the education they need in these fields. Our mission is to identify and support potential inventors and engineers from an early age, starting in primary school.
Through our “Engineer Kid” brand, we have engaged over 3,000 children in engineering activities at TEKNOFEST and various science festivals. They have had hands-on experiences with robotic coding, machine learning, and artificial intelligence through our Mars Rover Workshop.
Additionally, as part of the HAVELSAN Engineer Kid project, our volunteers have created a storybook to explain artificial intelligence technologies to children. This book is distributed at TEKNOFEST, science festivals, and in various regions across Türkiye, helping to foster an early interest in these crucial fields.
