HAVELSAN Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) engineers use the following methods to evaluate the supportability of our products from the design stage: Reliability, Maintainability and Readiness Analysis; various Logistics Support Analyses (LSA) such as Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis, Repair Level Analysis, Maintenance Task Analysis, Software Support Analysis, and Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA).

As a result of comprehensive analyses, our engineers determine the supportability requirements related to the product by providing feedback to system engineering studies and aim to fulfil the technical support required by our customers with minimum cost. Our expert staff, who processes the usage and logistic support data obtained from the field in order to improve the product and increase its performance during the usage phase and support application phase; keeps these analyses up-to-date and makes them sustainable.
