Advanced developments in technology enable the establishment of a military structure as described above and facilitate efforts toward robust objectives. In modern military literature, the term 'dismounted soldier' is often used to describe soldiers operating on foot, independent of vehicles. HAVELSAN CENGAVER, which we developed in this context, provides an advanced data-centric technological infrastructure that enables soldiers to make data-driven decisions on the battlefield, leveraging the power of advanced technology.

CENGAVER contributes to the optimization of operations by providing real-time data on team members and environmental factors. It also supports the creation of a well-trained and modern military force, enabling data-driven decision-making and agile operations. By facilitating collaboration between the military and industry, CENGAVER helps build a technologically adept and dynamic military force that can adapt to changing battlefield requirements.

CENGAVER, which is being proposed as a future military project within the concept of digital soldier, is a system that we have created from various subsystems in order to increase both intra-team and environmental situational awareness of teams conducting military operations. With CENGAVER, it is aimed to develop a "system of systems" on a single soldier basis, in which the tasks and authorizations are defined in the Command and Control concept from the single soldier to the highest-level decision maker, strategic planning is carried out, the communication infrastructure that will ensure the transmission of plans to the tactical and single soldier level, and situational awareness is provided at all levels.

In comparison to similar systems in Türkiye and abroad, CENGAVER is designed with a technology that incorporates a significantly higher number of sensors than its counterparts. The Activity Tracking System, equipped with health sensors and activity data, offers superior accuracy and advanced data analysis compared to its counterparts in the market. It demonstrates the capability for relative positioning without pre-installation, achieving an accuracy of approximately 1 meter in environments where GNSS signals are not available. The system ensures refined information flow at all levels by enriching it with various interfaces such as AR/VR, mobile.
