The KIK Digital Transformation Project aims to strengthen the principles and procedures to be followed in the public procurement process by observing the basic principles specified in the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 at the highest level. In order to support the current information and communication technologies and digital data, it covers the continuation of the functionality of the existing information system of the Public Procurement Agency and the analysis of its needs and redevelopment with up-to-date technologies.
