We offer our Virtual Maintenance Training Systems, which we have designed to be used in the training of aircraft and helicopter maintenance personnel, as software and hardware systems that enable individual and instructor-supervised training on the subjects of technical training program (platform systems introduction, schematic follow-up, disassembly-assembly, test operations, settings, etc.) based on malfunction response procedures. Thanks to these advanced systems, trainees are prepared for actual malfunction scenarios by enabling them to intervene in malfunction scenarios with video, 2D and 3D schematics, animations supported by real images and simulation of test equipment capabilities.
HAVELSAN T-129 ATAK Virtual Maintenance Training System and F-16 Virtual Maintenance Trainer (VMT), which we have developed for use in the training of aircraft and helicopter maintenance personnel, are included in our wide-ranging portfolio.
Our T-129 ATAK Virtual Maintenance Training System, which we designed with the promise of providing a real experience in a digital environment, allows ATAK helicopter maintenance technicians to experience periodic maintenance and troubleshooting activities on real aircraft at user and unit level in a virtual environment.
Our Virtual Maintenance Simulator consists of Maintenance, Failure Scenarios, Trainer Console Software (TC Software), Unit Control Software (UC Software), Scenario Playback Software (SP Software) and Classroom Hardware. SP Software works on the student units and instructor console, allowing students to receive maintenance and malfunction training, and the instructor to provide maintenance and malfunction training to students by projecting the instructor console computer screen on the projector or smart board.
Our ATAK Virtual Maintenance Training System consists of 10 student units, 1 instructor console, 1 smart board and 1 projector system.
Features
HAVELSAN's F-16 Virtual Maintenance Trainer (VMT), which we developed for F-16 maintenance technicians to receive training on System Operation Controls (OpsChck-Operational Checkouts) in the most realistic environment, is positioned as a software and hardware system that enables the development of the ability to detect and intervene in advance (FI-Fault Isolation) possible problems that may arise on the aircraft.
Our VMT product, which includes F-16C Block 50 and Block 50+ configurations, is a cost-effective solution in terms of training and provides training to its users in a short time, in a repeatable and safe environment. By reducing the working hours on the aircraft, it prevents the operation from being interrupted due to maintenance and provides optimum benefit to the operational process.
