Şevket Ünal graduated from MTS Electronica with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1992 and from the Faculty of Science and Technology at HTS in 1996 in Netherlands. He began his professional career as a Customer Information Developer at AT&T.
Between 1998 and 2010, he worked at NOKIA in Saudi Arabia, holding various positions such as Transmission Deployment Manager, Manager of Technical Support Services, and Senior Sales Manager.
From 2010 to 2019, he held senior positions at Huawei Turkey, including Network Solution Sales Director, Vice President responsible for the Enterprise Business Group, and Director of Human Resources.
Later on, he served as the Deputy General Manager at Bilişim Vadisi.
As of June 2019, Şevket ÜNAL has been serving as the Vice President of International Business Development and Marketing at HAVELSAN.
