The Air Traffic Control Training Simulator, known as ARTEMIS, has been developed to prepare air traffic controllers (ATCOs) for all kinds of situations they may face in real-world operations. ARTEMIS offers high-fidelity training in various conditions and airspace, ensuring that controllers are thoroughly equipped to handle the complexities of air traffic management. With its reliable, scalable, and configurable structure, this simulator is designed to train air traffic controllers of all levels, making it suitable for both military aviation and civil aviation sectors.
HAVELSAN's ARTEMIS is a complete ATC simulator that caters to all training levels, from beginners to experts. It consists of four main components: the tower control simulator, radar simulator, pilot role simulator, and exercise preparation station. Each component plays a vital role in providing an immersive air traffic control simulation experience. The Tower Control Simulator facilitates training in the terminal area with a high level of realism, and it can be used with high-end projection systems, including low-cost LCD screens and flat or curved screens.
