A combat operations center, often called a command center, is the facility where staff monitor an operation and coordinate the response in real time. It is the room where the operational picture lives and where decisions get made and tracked.

C4I systems feed the command center its data. Sensor feeds, unit reports, and intelligence updates come in. They combine into one display. This helps the commander make decisions. Without that flow, a combat operations center is a room full of screens showing yesterday's situation.

The application monitors the user's health status and location, and lets operators share instant messages, audio, video, a live video stream, and photos. The app also adds tactical drawing, military map symbols, route calculation, location history, a compass, and layer management.
