Advancements in technology have enhanced the capabilities of warships and led to more complex and intricate naval warfare tactics, reflecting the evolving nature of modern maritime operations. The rapid evolution of hardware and software technologies, the emergence of new warfare methods, non-combat operational capabilities, and shifting user requirements have led to the need for a new generation battle management system that can integrate and handle these new challenges in naval operations.
In response to the need for a new generation combat management system, we introduced the ADVENT CMS (Network Supported Data Integrated Combat Management System) in 2010. This system was developed to meet the evolving requirements of customers and effectively address the challenges of modern naval operations. ADVENT CMS is a unique and pioneering solution that addresses the demands of force-oriented, network-centric naval operations, as opposed to traditional single ship-centric approaches. In collaboration with the Turkish Naval Forces, comprehensive system engineering, development, and testing processes were undertaken to ensure that ADVENT CMS met the specific requirements of the Turkish Navy. This resulted in the successful deployment of the first Combat Management System developed specifically for the Turkish Naval Forces.
ADVENT stands out as a holistic Combat Management System, in contrast to other CMS solutions that focus primarily on optimizing individual ships. ADVENT's unique advantage lies in its ability to synchronize and leverage the capabilities of all platforms involved in a mission, thereby enabling joint operations and achieving greater mission effectiveness and accuracy.

Designed for unmanned systems, ADVENT ROTA is a tailored version of our ADVENT Combat Management System, which is already in use on over 30 platforms in surface, underwater, and air operation environments. This adapted system stands out as a powerful mission management solution for unmanned platforms.
ADVENT ROTA's adaptability to unmanned systems makes it a robust mission management system, equipping unmanned platforms with enhanced mission management capabilities. ADVENT ROTA's modular and flexible interfaces enable seamless management of sensor/weapon systems, allowing it to actively contribute to autonomous maritime security operations, including reconnaissance, surveillance, and patrol missions. This solution also incorporates intelligence into the navigation system of the unmanned platform, facilitating fully integrated missions with manned systems in network-supported operations.
ADVENT ROTA leverages the same data structures and communication infrastructures, enabling direct command and data flow between platforms equipped with ADVENT CMS (surface, land, and air) and unmanned vehicles. This allows for direct command and data flow between mobile Ground Control Stations (GCS) and platforms equipped with ADVENT CMS (Land, Air and Maritime Platforms) as well as unmanned vehicles. Through ROTA, the use of payloads on unmanned vehicles can be facilitated via ADVENT CMS.
ROTA, which we designed in a modular form in accordance with NATO standards, provides platform integration with mission packages containing common command, data and protocol interfaces, and offers unmanned system solutions suitable for changing field conditions.

ADVENT UFUK, which we have customized with services for maritime security and maritime situational awareness, is positioned as a Command Control and Intelligence / Information Management System, where we have customized our ADVENT Combat Management System, which is actively used in more than 30 platforms in surface, underwater and air operation environments (multi domain operations).
Designed for robust maritime security, ADVENT UFUK gathers and fuses data from various coastal sensors, including Maritime Surveillance Radars, Coastal Surveillance Radars, Navigation Radars, Electronic Support Systems, Identification Friend or Foe (IFF), Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast (ADSB), Ocean Tracking System (OTS), and diverse Command Control and Information Systems. It intelligently merges, fuses, classifies, identifies, and displays these data to users, providing a clear and comprehensive picture of the maritime environment.

It constructs a comprehensive Recognized Maritime Picture (RMP) and disseminates it securely to designated military and civilian authorities based on jurisdictional requirements. This cutting-edge technology empowers platforms with superior decision-making capabilities by seamlessly disseminating real-time situational awareness through Tactical Data Links and Satellite Communication Devices, fostering a unified understanding of the maritime environment across all operational elements.
Currently, the Long Horizon Integrated Maritime Surveillance System (LHIMSS) serves as the backbone of our nation's Recognized Maritime Picture. Our innovative ADVENT UFUK solution aims to revolutionize LHIMSS, unlocking superior capabilities to enhance maritime security and awareness.
