Muhittin SOLMAZ graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Computer Engineering, in 1998. He completed his military service as a Reserve Lieutenant in the Technical and Project Department of the Turkish Land Forces Command from 2003 to 2004.

He began his career in 1998 as a System Analyst at Koçbank A.Ş.

Between 2001 and 2003, he continued as a System Analyst and Oracle Application Administrator at Telsim Mobile Telecom A.Ş.

In 2004, he joined HAVELSAN A.Ş.

He served as Integration Team Leader in the Peace Eagle Project from 2004 to 2007.

Later on, he served as System Engineering and Integration Group Leader from 2008 to 2009.

He acted as R&D and Engineering Group Manager for Simulation and Training Systems from 2009 to 2012.

He continued as R&D and Engineering Group Manager for Simulation, Training, and Test Systems until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, he served as Programs Group Manager for Training and Simulation Technologies, and from 2019 to 2020, he took on the role of R&D and Engineering Director.

From 2019 to 2020, Muhittin SOLMAZ served as R&D and Engineering Director for Training and Simulation Technologies at HAVELSAN A.Ş. Since August 2020, he has been continuing his role as Vice President of Training and Simulation Technologies.

Muhittin SOLMAZ holds a NATO Secret Security Clearance and has received numerous trainings in areas such as strategic management, leadership, project management, and mentoring.
